As I share aspects of my own spiritual journey, aspects of healing and personal experience, I hope to be a light to others within their own spiritual path to enlightenment.

There is a light and dark aspect to this life, and the experiences we encounter, and it’s important for us to acknowledge the polarities of experience. This Podcast will provide discussions surrounding spiritual awakenings, spiritual guidance, tools and awareness to self.

My intention is to bring awareness, support and healing to spiritual paths and journeys. Not all healing must be painful, healing is also found in love, laughter and passion!
